It’s where you eat every third stem of broccoli in a stalk to maintain balance, and never answer the phone mid-ring...
Do you know Feng Shui?
I know Feng Shui.
It’s where you hang crystals from the windowsill and take all the crap out from under your bed.
It’s where you sleep away from doorways and for a creative morning, pour your coffee facing west.
It’s where you eat every third stem of broccoli in a stalk to maintain balance, and never answer the phone mid-ring.
What a cache of knowledge for an edict I neither practice nor regard.
Such a profound existence to uphold.
And all of it means
Yet check under my bed.
And the vegetable bin in the fridge.
And watch as I pour my coffee every morning,
All of it
